ABOUT ME
This is a one person business based in between Buckinghamshire and Dorset and my goal is always to create sustainable alternatives to mass production and help preserve the traditional craft of willow basketmaking for future generations to enjoy.
All baskets are handmade solely by me, using willow grown in Somerset, making every basket unique and one of a kind. I pride myself on being as eco friendly as I can, being a vocal supporter of slow consumption and creating quality pieces that are made to last and not harm the environment when it eventually comes time to throw them away.
As a disabled craftsman, this business has given me the opportunity to work in a way that can accommodate my health and allow me to share my passion of heritage crafts and history with others when I otherwise could not. While I may put out items at a slower volume than you would get from a big chain, I guarantee a high level of care and thoughtfulness is put into each project, making sure you get the end product you can be proud of.
